Custom Safety Video Options

Custom Film Package 1
Includes a custom script, professional narrator, graphics and one day of videotaping in your building acquiring footage of the most important building features – security console, lobby, fire control room, stairwells, exterior building shots, etc. We then use our stock footage for the remainder of the non building-specific procedures that need to be covered. Includes your video on DVD and either Flash, Quicktime or Windows Media Player files for your web site.

 

Custom Film Package 2
This option gives you the most customization. Includes a custom script, professional narrator, graphics and two days of videotaping in your building. Videotaping for two days allows us to obtain mostly custom, original footage shot in your building. Minimal stock footage will be used. Also includes coordinating with the local Fire Department, the videotaping of Firefighters and Paramedics arriving at your building in a simulation of what happens in a real emergency (participation of the Fire Department is not guaranteed and is solely the decision of the local Fire Dept.). Includes your video on DVD and either Flash, Quicktime or Windows Media Player files for your web site.

 

Floor Warden Training Video
Unlike the Fire Life Safety Video that is made for all the occupants of your building, this video trains the members of your emergency response team. The script is customized based on how you organize your emergency teams in your building and will train them in how to set up their emergency team, who the different members of the emergency team are, and what each team member's responsibilities are before and during an emergency situation. Roles of the Floor Warden, Suite Wardens or Safety Monitors, Search Monitors or Sweepers, Blockers or Stairwell & Elevator Monitors will be defined. One day of videotaping in your building is included along with the video on DVD and either Flash, Quicktime or Windows Media Player files for your web site.

Visitor Safety Videos for your lobby!

In addition to producing tenant safety training videos, we produce custom visitor safety training videos that play in your lobby on widescreen flat panel displays. These site-specific videos cover the basic safety procedures that a visitor needs to know if an emergency occurs while they are in your building. We can also include any other content needed for your flat panel lobby displays – videos on leasing information, building amenities, and nearby shops and restaurants.

Multiple Video Discount

If your company needs safety videos made for several of the properties you manage, we offer a discount to produce multiple videos as part of a package.

Example - you want to create a compliant, uniform training program for 10 of the buildings you manage. First, we would write a custom script for each of the 10 buildings. After the scripts are approved, we would go into each building and shoot all of the building-specific items that we need to. Then to eliminate redundancies, we would reuse in each video, all of the non building-specific shots.
